Loved my experience with the sales person Ekko. She was very patient with us and showed us so many options, and never rushed us!

I want to give a shout out to Tony/Tai Truong, the salesperson who assisted us. We came into the store having already decided what we were going to get, as we'd seen the product online. We saw the bed in person, loved it, and told Tony we wanted to buy it. All he had to do was ring us up. But we had no idea that the bed would need a box spring/bunkie board and we would have just put our heavy mattress directly on it and probably had an accident/injury. Before we went forward with the purchase, Tony saw that we had no idea what a bunkie board was, and gave us a full demo of the product, a bunkie board, and the risks of not using one with this particular bed. Tony, hats off to you - brilliant customer experience. Although we didn't end up buying right then since we were in a rush and wanted to research bunkie boards, we're definitely coming back for the bed frame to work with Tony instead of buying it online. Plus, he also helped us look at/measure other furniture around the store, so we're probably buying those from RTG at some point, too.

DO NOT BUY HEEE! You’re required to get delivery and the delivery is a joke. 6 hours late. Updates often and changes. Terrible customer service. No way to contact anyone at all!!!!!!! You’re better off going to goodwill for better service.
