Disappointing experience, especially since I’ve had good experiences here before. I was mostly ignored, and when I asked for sofas within my budget, I was left to figure it out myself. Many of the Labor Day sale sofas weren’t even on display.(Or maybe I never located them since I wasn’t helped) When I finally found one I liked, the salesman pushed financing without really helping me explore my options. I declined Synchrony due to a former bad experience and said I’d just continue shopping online. He then questioned how I planned to pay, as if my decision to keep looking required an explanation. He returned my DL and walked away like I wasted his time although I was the one walking aimlessly for an hour. I was truthfully excited to furnish my apartment but walked away feeling insulted instead. Never again!

We bought our furniture at Rooms To Go. They fixed the problem right away. Now we bought a bed and will arrive Friday. The salesman was attentive and professional. He listened well to our needs and financial advice given. We appreciate your service. And thank you for almost a free gift ottoman! Rooms To Go!!!
