Went to this location and was extremely pleased with the furniture and customer service. Especially The manager Kenneth Nutter.

Devin, was an informed and knowledgeable associate. Good to conduct business with someone in Rooms to go that knows their product. The only downside was that I waited 20 minutes before I was approached by a sales- person Update on Rooms to Go: Knew it was too good to be true. Attempted to use the warranty I purchased and sure enough, it wasn’t honored. What happened to reliable customer service and accountability. Furniture is expensive, and for a major company not to honor their protection plan is just wrong Shame on you Rooms to go!! More customers should chime in on this issue, I can’t be alone. Oh, and yes… I made the claim within the warranty allowable time frame.
