We purchased a bed set in April 2021 for our daughter. Yesterday the headboard split/cracked along the side under normal use. There was no misuse, moving damage, or excessive weight applied, this is a clear structural failure of the product. We contacted the store to address the issue, but they refused to help, stating the mattress/bed is out of warranty, despite the damage appearing to be due to poor construction or materials, not wear and tear. For a product at this price point, we expected better durability and customer support. Unfortunately, the store was unwilling to stand behind the product once the sale was complete. Posting this so future customers are aware of the quality and warranty experience before purchasing.

very good customer service, Thomas is a champion salesman not only because obviously he wants to sale stuffs but he was patient enough to dedicate time, effort, technical information, pricing, every single detail you can think of he was always happy to help, Thanks Thomas and Amanda for helping us completing the furniture we want it, highly appreciate your professionalism and transparency during the whole process.
