I would NOT recommend the Rooms To Go Outlet in Grand Prairie. I’ve been dealing with a property damage issue since August 24 after damage was caused to my vehicle while furniture was being loaded and secured. Their employees were rude during the process, and their handling of the furniture is the reason I’m in this situation in the first place. Since then, I have provided the information needed, spoken with multiple people, contacted corporate, and even spoke directly with the store manager, Kemp. Kemp told me the ticket had already been submitted and there was nothing else he could do. Corporate keeps sending me back to the store, while the store sends me back to corporate. Meanwhile, I’m the customer stuck in the middle with vehicle damage and still no resolution almost a month later. The most frustrating part is that this problem started because of their employees, yet I’m the one having to chase everyone down for answers. There has been very little accountability, poor communication, and I have repeatedly been given the runaround instead of an actual solution. I should not have to keep calling different departments because Rooms To Go cannot decide who is responsible for handling its own claim. At this point, I have exhausted the normal customer-service process and will be pursuing other options to recover my damages. Very disappointing experience from beginning to end. UPDATE: A MONTH LATER AND STILL NO RESOLUTION! EVERYONE KEEPS SAYING ITS THE STORE RESPONSIBILITY. THE STORE MANAGER KEMP SAYS ITS CORPORATE ..... THIS HAS BEEN BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE! ALL BECAUSE ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES FAILED TO DO HIS JOB PROPERLY. SMH Update part 2: Andy- social media complaint adviser. Called me today to follow up on my review/ email I sent and yet he redirected me back to the store YET the store fails to recognize this!!!!!!! Rooms to Go you have to do better!!!!!!!!! SMH! THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER SHOP WITH ROOMS TO GO!

Got my sofas from there and were good however when picked up the male workers use their dirty hands and don’t care if they rub dirt on the furniture! Can’t ask for a refund
