I would give them a zero if that was an option. I purchased a reclining sofa and love seat on 9/5/23. How do I remember that date? Because the arrogant brat on their customer service line just told me, as he informed me that my warranty expired on 9/5/26. I could have accepted that had he offered me ANY SOLUTION OF ANY KIND. But no, “We don’t repair”. “No you can’t pay us to repair it.” Never even offered, “I’m sorry.” It was just too bad. Now I have a recliner stuck in the up position. NOT because the sofa broke, but because of their arrogant, thoughtless, disrespectful customer service reps, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
