Excellent constumer service
I went to Rooms To Go to buy a powered couch. I'm paralyzed on my left side and needed to find something that would be comfortable. Liah Tesfamariam, the sales lady was very helpful and showed me many types of chairs and couches. The one I picked seemed to ok in the store. Of course it had neen broken in because of all the customers sitting in it. The one that was delivered was totally different and I slipped out of the couch and onto the floor. This was because the cushions are too big in the seat area and the foot rest is at a 20 degree downward angle . The foot rest doesn't come all the way up. As a result, I slide out of the seat. This is not good for a handicap person. Also, because of Rooms to Go return policy, Im stuck with 1700.00 couch I can't use unless I wish to hurt myself. When shopping RTG, consider the wear factor when trying out chairs and couches.
