The store has much to choose from. I worked with Noura and she seemed spot on with information. Said the warranty was included on the sofa slider, that delivery to my location was possible, so when she sent me a CART with a total for $1778 for three piece section I understood that included delivery and tax for my $1588 set. Imagine my surprise when she sent me a text that showed a total of $400 more?! Pretty deceptive if you ask me. So I told my husband we’re all in for $1788 and we were ready to go to the store to make the purchase. I’m so glad I texted her to say I was On my way! Otherwise I would have driven an hour and would have been more disappointed with the situation. Noura, You are in a profession where your words matter. Don’t say something is included when it’s not; say we can add that on for you. Or there will be an extra charge, or something. Be honest.

Had a great experience today at Rooms To Go Furniture. Sherif greeted us at the door and asked how he could help. Told him what we were looking for and off we went. He was very knowledgeable and knew just where everything was. Sherif was not pushy and really wanted to make sure we got just what we were looking for. Highly recommend Sherif and Rooms To Go.
