I came into Roomstogo and met with Sherif, he helped me finalize on the couch I was looking at for months ahead of the Labor Day sale. I noticed some measurement discrepancies on the website vs the paper with the measurements by the couch so Sherif went ahead and measured the couch out for me to confirm the size I needed. The transaction went smoothly and I ended up adding a mattress Sherif helped me pick out a few days later as well. The only caveat is that I wasn’t aware we had added a protection plan to the couch until after the deal was done which I know we could’ve taken off even after everything was done but I would like to know if I’m paying extra for something that is optional ahead of time.
