I will never purchase from this location ever again. The sales person Stu only seemed helpful when he noticed that we were going to make a purchase. It went down hill at the end and I'm not sure why his attitude went from bland to rude is beyond me. Once the item purchased was delivered, the delivery men was just as worse!!!! Very rude and unprofessional!

Walked into Rooms to go and was greeted by Scott! He was welcoming yet not overbearing. He checked in on us constantly without making us feel pressured and was very informative. Ended up leaving and coming back to purchase our dream couch! Super thankful and excited!!

We worked with Jaz, in NN FIVE STARS! We didn’t feel pressured, we didn’t feel badgered as some of these furniture places can make you feel, we found my dream sofa and built it exactly how I wanted it to be. She saved a cart for me as I had planned on waiting til the next month, but the next week we met back up with her and made our purchase because we were so happy with the furniture and her customer service. We just purchased a sofa from another place that we won’t return to ever for multiple reasons. I wish we would’ve went to Jaz at Rooms To Go first but now I can finally say I’m satisfied with our furniture choice!
