My experience here today (2.14.2026) was nothing short of AMAZING! Mr. Tracy thoroughly explained everything about the furniture I chose. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I appreciated his help and support as I was trying to make a decision on what I wanted. He didn’t rush me and his customer service was top tier! I am so grateful to have worked with him. Every time I have gone here, I have received a welcoming face from the entrance! Every single staff there was pleasant and friendly! I definitely made a GREAT decision choosing them! I look forward to working with Mr. Tracy or other staff again!

Words cannot adequately express the level of disgust and profound disappointment I feel following this delivery experience. As a result, I will not be utilizing Rooms To Go’s delivery service again. I purchased a bed in-store, and the delivery team initially arrived as scheduled, removed my old bed, and began bringing in the new one. At that point, I was informed that the mattress was frozen and, due to its lack of flexibility, could not be carried upstairs because of a sharp turn in the stairway. This immediately raised a serious concern: if the mattress is foam, why was it stored or transported in temperatures cold enough for it to freeze? I was told the mattress simply needed to reach room temperature and that the delivery team would return the following day to complete the delivery to the appropriate room. Because the mattress weighs approximately 100 pounds and cannot be moved upstairs without assistance, I called customer service twice to confirm the return visit. On both occasions, I was assured the team would be back. They never returned. There was no phone call, no text message, and no email—no courtesy or accountability whatsoever. I was forced to pay someone else out of pocket to carry the mattress upstairs, despite already paying the store for full room delivery. Not only was the service incomplete, but I also incurred additional, unnecessary expense due to the company’s failure to follow through on its commitment. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this store or its delivery service to others.
