Arrived with scratches on one of the pieces
Unhappy Customer
The item I purchased arrived damaged. Upon calling the customer service line, I spoke to a very rude individual who rushed the conversation and gave me information that was not clear. I was informed that the item I purchased was coming from a third party out of Thailand. It took over two weeks before this was resolved, and I was told that they were going to credit me back and then told be to discard the purchased item. I am very unhappy with how all of this was handled. I’m very disappointed.
