Not bad, but NOT as firm as advertised. Was supposed to be ‘Extra Firm’ but this was definitely false advertising. Sales agent Shirin Gardezi did a good job but tried too hard to steer me to hard to a fast sale. In retrospect, I wish I would’ve taken more time to shop around. Delivery and installation was 6/10. A very difficult language barrier. The two installers were not proficient in English and made Q&A about the set-up & the product very problematic. They were ready to leave as soon as the basic set up was done, in their view. I had to work with them and my broken Spanish to actually demonstrate solutions for setting up the new base by making alterations to my existing frame. They got impatient when I insisted on them making tweaks to the balance of the bed to ensure the base was stable. When it came to explaining the operations of the remote control, they had a very basic understanding, or were unable to appropriately convey understandable instructions. Not satisfied—

Bed frame of my dreams
My adjustable bed frame has improved my quality of sleep. It has helped my sleep apnea and leg swelling issues. I didn’t know that I needed it but I did. The LED reading lights, massage and brown noise features are awesome and I utilize them every night.
