Not as advertised

It is not great. I helped a friend who is an older lady on social security ( Evelyn) get this bed as a replacement for her last bed she got a few months ago from you. The other bed developed a big crater in it after a few months. My friend is a tiny woman who weighs about 110 lbs. it should not have gotten this crater. It was determined that bed was faulty so I brought my friend to your store to get another bed. This bed, that I paid extra for her to get in November,was in the showroom on a bed frame that would elevate your head and or your feet. That is the kind of frame Evelyn has that she purchased from you When this mattress is on her frame and she raises the head of the mattress, something in the middle of the bed buckles and is not comfortable at all. The mattress doesn’t seem to be designed to be on a moveable frame. Evelyn would like to get a different bed but this is the 3 rd bed she has gotten from you so you don’t seem to have one that’s any better in our price range.

Great mattress! Just what we were looking for and slept like a baby.

I did not know that when you request to talk to someone about your mattress being Low in the middle that you have to send someone out and if they say it’s OK then you have to keep the mattress unfortunately it was not OK. I did remove the mattress so far the mattress is still low in the middle but maybe that’s my fault. I have removed everything except my box springs and I guess someone else has to come out. I feel uncomfortable about this because if they say that I need to do something else and I’ve already bought the mattress there’s nothing I can do so no I’m not pleased but I’m gonna go ahead and keep the mattress cause I don’t have any other choice, even if someone comes out and says that everything’s OK and I disagree. I have paid for the mattress and I will have to keep the one that I have.

Firm!! Too firm!

Had to buy a pillow topper because it’s way too firm!
