Love the mattress just have to find the Right box spring

I sleep very well and wake up refreshed and no more back soreness.

Very Soft.

Very soft, very comfortable. However, it does tend to keep your body impression, Some what hard for this 68 year old senior with back issues to get out of bed. If a soft mattress is for you, I think it would be great. However, I think I would be better off with a medium firm. That wasn't a choice here with the pillowtop, only soft. I ordered online, and then went to the store to try it out. I found it was too soft for me, however, when I tried to change the mattress to medium firm, I found Room to Go charges a 20% fee of the total price if you do not cancel or change your item within 24 hours of ordering. I find that to be unfair. It was 3 days for me, so I stuck with the soft mattress. Will never order online again before trying it out in the store first. Also, while ordering, the chat person told me the sale for this mattress was over at 12:00 that night, which is why I ordered so quickly. But the sale was still on for another week!! I don't want to accuse anyone of wrongdoing on purpose, but at the very least misinformation. So there's that, too. I'll be very cautious of ordering here again, online.
