Non returnable. Unusable. Too thick. Gave me a headache. Do not recommend unless you get to try it for numerous nights. To be fair, I bought on closeout. Maybe if bought at full price (which is ridiculously expensive) they let you return or exchange. I did like the removable cover which can be washed (which is soft and lovely.
Lack of fluffiness
The pillow arrived quickly but is not fluffy at all. It feels the same as the pillow I've had for 2 years. (Worn down) I'm honestly not pleased due to filling out the survey and being recommended this pillow
