Lack of fluffiness
The pillow arrived quickly but is not fluffy at all. It feels the same as the pillow I've had for 2 years. (Worn down) I'm honestly not pleased due to filling out the survey and being recommended this pillow

Eh not cool
Took the “quiz” recommended the Cosmo. I sleep HOT this pillow gets hot doesn’t stay cool. I still wake up and flip the pillow during the night. This was a very expensive experiment, pillows came highly recommended but I am disappointed.
