Very poor quality
I actually got the Night Ice 2.0 pillows. The salesman initially put the wrong ones into the computer but then sent the right ones. These are the most expensive but cheapest made pillows I’ve ever purchased and I’ve bought several in the last few years. The memory foam flattens out and loses shape in one night. My neck hurt so much I abandoned this pillow after 2 nights. My husband has used his for over a week now and he’s stopping with it too. Very poor quality pillows.
Excellent Support
This item is very firm and provides the best support ever. It lost one star because of the weight. Not a problem for younger folks but as a senior it's a bit of a strain to put on a pillow cover or shift it in bed.
Cooling is just OK
I like that the pillow is keeping its shape, but as far as the cooling, I don’ see that it was worth $200. I still need to flip it a couple times per night and flip my hair up and off my neck and face.
