Not comfortable
I bought the pillow because I was having a hard time adjusting and position. I was told that this would help even had me try at different levels. The salesperson recommended the wrong level. Still not sleeping comfortably and spent $500 on pillows. Recommend do not purchase this pillow unless they allow us to start having a trial period like most pillow companies.
