Staples and frame loose Upholstery, recliner once reclined is hard to get back to sitting as it constantly hits the floor. Customer service does not have any experience resolving issues as its wants the customer to contact the store for returns and resolution of defective product just purchase less than 2 weeks
I love it! Also our salesperson was wonderful!!
