Disappointed
I wish I can say good stuff, but we've been having this bunk bed here at our home half build because the drivers didn't have all the parts to it, and now that we have the parts, that was delivered to our home, a tech guy came out to finish it the build, to just find out that the bottom part of the frame was put on back ward si it bent the frame because of that. So till it gets fixed, it will be a zero stars.
My son absolutely loves his bed!!

Contacted about damage desk never have anyone get back with me. And definitely don’t get it installed they tear up the whole house bringing in and setting up. And offer 120 for damage easier do it yourself save yourself head ache. Never recommend family or friends deal with this company.
