Very nice
Very nice and fits well with my TV.
Met my expectations. Simple and functional
The screw on the right draw was stripped so the handle could not be put on. The delivery person suggested to just get another drawer. I called customer service and they ordered the part. I didn’t hear anything about the order. I called them and they said yes it is ordered. Not hearing anything after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I called back. I was told the same thing. I waited another 2 weeks not hearing anything again. I called back and was told the same thing. The agent told me she will get a hold of the order department to see what is going on and she would call me back. I’m still waiting for her call back 3 days later. I don’t think I should have to wait this long for my replacement draw or NOT hear any updates. Not happy.
