A fair-weathered customer service experience. Management is only helpful when facilitating a purchase. If there's a problem or need to issue a refund, the "customer-centric" mentality no longer exists. Refunds are only issued on "sight-unseen" items; a fun fact that is not verbally disclosed at any point while payment is being remitted. It is, however, in the fine print of the document that customers are presented with to sign. I would venture to say that most customers believe they are signing a document acknowledging delivery, accuracy of product, and credit card authorization. Rooms-to-Go also uses a third-party delivery crew to avoid liability when damage occurs to a customer's home. This was yet another fun fact that was NEVER verbally conveyed, only found in the fine print of their document. Rooms-to-Go should make it crystal clear to customers that a third-party is used and who that third-party is. The delivery crew from FGO Logistics was astoundingly unprofessional and the claims process after damages occur is unreasonable for customers! Rooms-to-Go uses deceptive strategies to make a sale and then relies on vague policy to keep that sale. I am truly disgusted by this company!
