Mr. Jones was kind, friendly and extremely helpful. We knew exactly what we wanted. We have bought other furniture from Rooms to Go and have not been disappointed at all. We can’t wait for our new couch to be delivered.

Dresser and chest quite well made though extremely heavy. California king bed is another story: This bed cost approximately $1500. Wood frame, stretchers and head board. I am a senior and never in my life encountered such an extremely noisy, squeaky bed. You barely touch the bed and it squeaks loudly. It constantly wakes up other people in the residence in the night when I change position or get in or out of it. I called RTG about how to stop the squeakiness and was told that unless I had an extended service contract I was on my own. I often think of calling Goodwill to come and take this extremely loud squeaky bed out of my life but don't want to lose my investment. Worst bed I've ever experienced. Also the bottom cushion of the armchair is constantly slipping forward despite my having installed six non skid grip pads. I guess the only way to secure the cushion will hopefully be with Velcro or super glue, or railroad spikes as a last resort. We will never buy another bed from RTG unless they send someone here to fix this extremely noisy bed for free.
