I worked with Ana M to purchase my couch, and she was the most amazing sales rep I’ve ever worked with. I do not take buying such a big purchase lightly and she was so patient with me when it took me several weeks and trips to the store to make sure I was picking the right couch for me. When I finally did make the purchase, she was able to get me a sooner delivery date. I can’t praise her enough.

We walked in and were greeted by Customer Care Associate Ferdie, who was friendly and courteous. He brought us to pricing sign and showed us how the pricing worked and then left us alone to browse. We browsed and made our selections in 3 hours and then went to find Ferdie and set up a future delivery date and settle the bill. It was a lovely, unpressured shopping experience.
