Couch is fiem yet comfortable. The chaise cushion tends to sinkndown on the arm side after extending time sitting but other cushions remain supportive and firm. Nice sized couch for a smaller living space

Uncomfortable sofa
When I sit on it, I fall between the cushions. This sofa looks beautiful but it is not comfortable. There is a large gap between the cushions, it is impossible to move it with anything, and I fall down when I sit on this sofa. If I accidentally fell asleep on this sofa, it would not be uncomfortable, I would fall through.
I ordered this online and it was a bit bigger than I imagined however I love it. The pillows came with it which was nice and the delivery was spot on as far as tracking where the truck was and when they would arrive. It's easy to plop on and sleep.
