Love the couch, hate the customer service. No screws to put half of the couch together. Promised $25 credit and still haven’t received it

This coach is perfect when you have an unexpected guest or want to lay out while watching a movie. My only con to this coach is that it's a bit hard, not as comfy. I've added pillows which has helped.
Love this sectional!
Delivery and set up was great. The sectional is great looking and extremely comfortable. My family and I are tall and this perfect for naps. I've never slept well on a conventional pull out bed, but this one is very comfortable. I highly recommend this sectional!
