My experience was Amazing!!! Great customer service!!!

Horrible place. Customer service inside the store is horrible. There is a lovely young girl named Jala that I spoke with who is fairly new but seems to know more than the actual office manager. I have been to this store a few times and when asked for the office manager she is either never there, never in the office and out on the floor or talking with a past employee outside of the office. Why are you not doing your job? I also overheard her and the manager mark talking bad about their employees. I can only imagine what they say about their customers. Everybody beware of this place. They pick and choose who to uphold the return or cancelation policy for , the rule is 48 hours and you can cancel no penalty. If you’re a nice customer they will let you cancel all the way up until days before delivery but if not they will take a percentage away. Most of the sales people seem nice. I spoke with Demetrius and Brittany on my few times coming in. I would love say I’m a secret shopper but I don’t get paid for it I just love to see how a company actually works when they don’t know they are being watched. I also noticed that everybody in the office is always on their phone. Especially the office manager. I believe her name starts with a “C” she scoots her chair up to her desk as if we can’t see her at the window and she has to be either sleep or on her phone. Because if you walk past the door her screen is black or maybe she isn’t even logged on. I believe the higher ups need to reevaluate this store and its employees.
