Mr.Manns, R2G Mcdonough manger, personally called me after receiving review. While Im extremely disappointed with the initial delivery, the manager made things right. Customer service was able we to expedite the corrections. I thank the R2G Mcdonough team, Mr Manns and Gwen with Customer service for the follow up. Ordered bedroom set, delivery shows up with two mirrors and no bed rails. I have large boxes left in my hallway holding footboard and headboard. A complete mess! Then I'm told by customer service it will be 4-5 days to correct the error. Absolutely unacceptable considering I paid for complete delivery and setup. My daughter doesn't have a bedroom right now! Do better Rooms to Go!

Ms. Hope is the most amazing person to work with and is an asset to RTG. She was knowledgeable and informative, but not “pushy” at all. Highly recommend this RTG. ASK FOR MS. HOPE!

Mr. Foster provided an exceptional experience during our visit. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring from the moment we walked in. He gave us the space to look around freely but checked in just enough to offer support when we needed it. His knowledge of Rooms To Go products was impressive, and he took the time to explain the importance of quality sleep and how the right mattress can make all the difference. What I appreciated most was that he truly listened. There was no pressure, no upselling—just honest guidance to help us make the best choice.
