Poor quality
Very Happy With Guest Bed
We were very limited on space in our guest bedroom and this attractive and well-built bed and trundle have helped us utilize our space efficiently.
Not worth it for money
First delivery had a manufacturing defect, chips from bad packing, requested for different piece which was again with chip marks and bad packing marks. Customer support declined to offer return or replacement and offered at home repair. So, basically you have to accept a damaged product because their purchase agreement mentions No return or replacement. Unless you are getting a piece for dirt cheap price, I don't see a value of buying any item from Rooms To Go.. let it go
