Very dissatisfied
I am absolutely not satisfied. This mattress is much firmer than the one I tested at the store. I tested several and knew exactly the feel I needed. I called the sweet girl that sold it to me and she said that it takes time to relax. I have had several neck and back issues that I’ve never had before and I’m going to the chiropractor next week and have already had 2 massages. I was told I can exchange it but have to pay a fee. I’m not happy and would like a full refund
