Mechanics are too loud
Disappointed
Very disappointed with this chair. Have to manually pull the back upright after being in a reclined position. Even after the second technician came out to look at the chair and made a minor adjustment to the wing nuts, the tech said it was not completely operational. Underneath the chair, the fabric does not completely cover the exposed raw wood. Therefore if you need to pick up the chair you must wear gloves to protect your hands.
