We visited the showroom where Jasmin helped us select a couch and promised multiple pieces would be included. She also verbally assured us there was a 48-hour return window because we were purchasing online. We placed the order online (and were charged e-commerce tax), but the couch was delivered missing promised pieces and did not fit our space. When we called for a return, Jasmin acknowledged the issue but said the 48-hour return would not be honored. Escalating to her manager, Caitlyn, resulted in rude and dismissive behavior with no resolution. We are requesting that Rooms To Go honor the promised 48-hour return policy and issue a full refund due to missing pieces and misinformation at the time of sale.
