Both my wife and myself both agree that the mattress is too hard. I went into the store and asked about swapping for a softer mattress and was told that we had to wait at least 30 days before they could do anything.
Very noisy when changing positions. When vibrating it feels as if it is coming apart when in different positions. Not impressed!!! Should have purchased a regular bed frame.

The bed started squeaking after a week. Not impressed. My Vaughn Basset bed was 18 years old when we purchased this one and it never made any noises.
