Love the extra draw spaces
Drawer rail broken
When they delivered the bed they forgot the foot board I had to wait for them to go back and get it. I open the drawer to put clothes inside and the drawer wouldn’t close all the way. Called the care team. They said they would mail me the part and contact me within 72 hrs. Two weeks later nothing. Called them again sending out another part. It’s been three weeks drawer still broken.
Bed rating
Both my wife and myself both agree that the mattress is too hard. I went into the store and asked about swapping for a softer mattress and was told that we had to wait at least 30 days before they could do anything.
Very noisy when changing positions. When vibrating it feels as if it is coming apart when in different positions. Not impressed!!! Should have purchased a regular bed frame.
