Very pleased with sofa and rug. The sofa is very comfortable and my Greyhound loves that shaggy carpet.
Love my couch
I love my new couch. It was bigger in my space but it looks great. I was nervous that it would be too low to the ground but it looks amazing!
Defective Chaise Lounge
I ordered the sofa and chaise lounge. I'm generally happy with it, but the chaise lounge arrive defective. The hole used to attach the hardware that connects the pieces together was not properly aligned with the second piece it connects to. So when attached, they were misaligned. I contacted customer support and a technician came out. While looking at the defective piece, the technician tore open part of the bottom to see if there was a hole in the correct place underneath the fabric. There wasn't. She said they would have to replace it. A few weeks later, I received different types of connectors that seem like they might let the two pieces connect at an angle instead of straight on like they are supposed to. I'm just really disappointed in the way Rooms To Go resolved the problem. Instead of making it right, they tried to bandage the issue. So now I am stuck with a chaise lounge with a torn underside and connectors that won't hold it in place correctly.
