WE bought a couch($2500) from here and the warranty went out 2 weeks after the warranty. Rooms To Go basically said "OH WELL!" I guess customer loyalty is no longer a part of today's "we taking care of the customer!" I will ABSOLUTELY UNEQUIVOCALLY NEVER EVER NEVER EVER do business with them again. I will ABSOLUTELY let others know NOT TO DO BUSINESS with them due to how they treat a customer!

I’ve got a lot to say! I hope people read this review. Our in store shopping experience was excellent. Or salesman, Stephen/Steven was a great salesman. However, he also oversold his promises. He told my husband and I that there was a 30 day return policy. He told us that we had 30 days to try it out and if we did not like it, they would just “pick it up.” We bought $3,000+ of furniture. We liked our living room set, but we decided we wanted to return a large painting we purchased. It was still in the box, untouched. The delivery guys forgot to put it up and as we realized within the 30 days we didn’t want it anymore. WELLLL I called corporate and they transferred me to the store. I explained the situation to someone who then connected me to a very frazzled Stephen. He insisted that he did not say there was a return policy and that there are no refunds after delivery… extremely contradictory. I knew he was lying to save his butt, so I didn’t argue and hung up. But buyers beware! These salespeople will promise anything for a sale and not mean it. He was frazzled because he got caught in a lie and would be in trouble if the company knew what promises he was making. I reached out to corporate again and they said they would have someone from the store contact me. Just based on how this man flat out lied, i would not recommend this store and I would especially be weary of jolly old stephen who damn near chases you around the store to sell you something. Get everything in a written contract so you don’t get lied to.
