Broke Right After Manufacturing Warranty Expired
I’m extremely disappointed with this couch. When I first got it, I loved how comfortable it was — I could easily fall asleep on it. But comfort means nothing when the quality doesn’t hold up. If you’re over 150 pounds, I wouldn’t recommend this couch at all. It sits very low, and the cushions are overly soft with no firmness or real support. It’s far too easy to sink into it awkwardly — which is exactly what happened to me — and as a result, the support beam broke. To make matters worse, this happened just after the 1-year manufacturer warranty expired (how convenient). And the 3-year extended warranty they pressured me into buying? Totally useless — it doesn’t cover this kind of damage. Be sure to read that warranty carefully; it’s full of contradictions and fine print. What really hurts is that I’ve been a loyal Rooms To Go customer for nearly a decade, furnishing my home through them. Now I’m still stuck paying off a broken couch. Plush Cloud Sectional - Initial Comfort Great, Attachment Broke
After enjoying the undeniably soft and comfortable Plush Cloud Sectional for a few months, a significant issue has unfortunately developed. The screwed piece connecting the two sections has now broken, with the surrounding wood chipping and cracking. This wasn't an initial delivery problem; it broke after moving the sectional to swap out a rug. This is incredibly frustrating as it impacts the stability and look of the sectional. While the initial comfort was fantastic and remains so, this structural failure after a short period raises serious concerns about the long-term durability and quality of the construction. I will get some longer screws to see if this can be fixed. Overall: Initially loved the comfort, but a significant structural failure after a short period is a major disappointment and prevents a full recommendation.

I love my sectional. Very soft, very comfortable. It's beautiful and cozy and elegant. Every one who walks in my house love my sectional and ask where did I buy it from.

At first I was scared to get it because of color, and having kids was not going to make it easy to keep it clean. But it turned out amazingly well. Easy to clean, really comfortable and looks amazing.
