Looks nice but lacking in quality
I loved the looks of this table online but the reality is that while it was fairly easy to put together and is a good size it is very rustic and uneven on the top. The top is in 3 pieces and they don’t fit together perfectly leaving an uneven top with differences as much as 1/4 to 1/2 inch. The table does look nice but the finish is not something that washes all that well and you have to be careful what you use on it as there are many imperfections that will catch on your cloth.
Lesson Learned don’t buy online furniture, or at least not from RTG!
Cheaply Made, not balanced even after including a rug under it and trust me it’s not our floor. Tried reaching out to customer service to have it returned but as it turns out because it was delivered, even though I called them to cancel the table because I was out of town. They said they could not stop the delivery. It’s not worth the $420! Should have gotten one on Amazon for a third of the price and somehow always better quality. Lesson learned.
Delivered Broken, Slow Customer Service
The table arrived broken. I felt like that spoke to the quality and decided to make a return. It took quite a while for me to receive any sort of answer regarding this table. It has been 2 weeks since I reported this table broken and I am still out about $420.00 AND the cost of the new table I had to buy to replace it.
