Delivery setup nightmare
Issues with sofa and 2nd delivery personnel was rude and yelled during the process at my 76 year old mother. The guys didn’t want to set furniture up correctly for me because “it was too heavy” and asked for $20 . The sectional still isn’t lining up correctly and will have to deal with more delivery people. At this point more hassle than I wanted. RTG is at least replacing pieces to help but I worry it may never be correct and then I’m stuck with less than perfect furniture at a high price.
