Delivery not the best.
The delivery was not good at all. It was 3 hours past the 1-6PM delivery time. Other than that now that it is broken in we are sleeping very well.

My experience
The product is outstanding! It's so comfortable! It's like sleeping on a cloud! However, the customer service at the store horrible! We were lied to and the salesman and the manager there raised their voices at us in front of the entire store. We were so humiliated! We will NEVER make another purchase from Rooms to Go!
