Question 1

How does the edge support on this mattress benefit couples sharing a king-size bed?

Accepted Answer

This mattress is built with a reinforced edge construction, which is a critical feature for couples. This design prevents the edges from sagging under pressure, effectively expanding the usable sleep surface to the very perimeter of the bed. It ensures that both partners can utilize the full width of the king mattress without feeling like they are rolling toward the center or off the side.

Question 2

Can I exchange this mattress if I find the firmness isn't right for me after a few weeks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Based on our expertise in sleep health, we recognize that it takes time for your body to adjust to a new support system. We offer a 90-night Mattress Sleep Trial for this mattress. After an initial 30-night adjustment period, you have the option to perform a one-time exchange for a different mattress between 30 and 90 days following your delivery to ensure you find the perfect fit for your sleep needs.

Question 3

Is a firm mattress suitable for side sleepers, or is it better for back and stomach sleepers?

Accepted Answer

This mattress features a "Firm" comfort level, which is expertly engineered to provide the structural support necessary for back and stomach sleepers to maintain proper spinal alignment. While side sleepers often require more "give" for the shoulders and hips, the integration of TEMPUR-Indulge™ Memory Foam in this mattress provides sophisticated pressure relief that adapts to various body types, offering a more versatile feel than a traditional firm innerspring.

Question 4

Does this mattress sleep cool, especially in hot and humid climates like Florida or Texas?

Accepted Answer

Yes. To address the challenges of sleeping in warmer regions, this mattress is designed with advanced temperature regulation features. The quilted cover and memory foam layers are specifically chosen for their ability to promote airflow and dissipate body heat, helping you maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature throughout the night regardless of the local humidity.

Question 5

What is the benefit of the IntelliCoil innerspring system compared to standard foam mattresses?

Accepted Answer

This mattress utilizes an exclusive IntelliCoil® innerspring system paired with premium memory foam. While a standard foam mattress relies solely on density for support, this hybrid construction offers a tiered support system: the coils provide deep, night-long structural integrity and durability, while the foam layers provide immediate pressure relief. This combination ensures the mattress retains its shape and support levels far longer than entry-level foam-only models.

Question 6

Is this king mattress a good fit for a primary bedroom, and what are the specific dimensions?

Accepted Answer

With dimensions of approximately 79.5"L x 75.5"W and a significant height of 14.5", this king mattress is an ideal choice for a spacious primary suite. Its 14.5-inch profile offers a substantial, luxury aesthetic and elevated sleep surface. Because of this height, we recommend utilizing deep-pocketed sheets to ensure a secure and comfortable fit over the quilted tight-top surface.
