Question 1

How does this mattress regulate temperature for hot sleepers in warm or humid climates?

Accepted Answer

This mattress uses an active multi-stage cooling architecture to manage heat and moisture buildup. The exterior TrioTemp cooling cover weaves naturally moisture-wicking TENCEL fibers with cool-to-the-touch yarns and heat-diffusing materials. Internally, breathable sustainably-sourced latex and open innerspring coils promote steady airflow, while integrated side air vents continuously vent warm air out of the mattress core throughout the night.

Question 2

What type of bedding and foundation are required for a 17-inch profile mattress?

Accepted Answer

Measuring 17 inches in height, this high-profile mattress requires deep-pocket or extra-deep-pocket queen fitted sheets designed to fit mattresses 18 inches deep or higher. For support, it must be placed on a rigid, non-yielding foundation, a solid platform bed, a supportive slatted base with closely spaced slats, or a compatible adjustable power base.

Question 3

What are the advantages of combining memory foam, latex, and innerspring coils in one mattress?

Accepted Answer

Layering multiple material types delivers the distinct benefits of each technology:
* **TEMPUR-Indulge Memory Foam:** Conforms precisely to body contours to absorb movement and alleviate deep pressure points.
* **Sustainably-Sourced Latex:** Adds a buoyant, responsive feel that allows effortless repositioning without feeling stuck.
* **IntelliCoil Innersprings & MicroTouch Layer:** Deliver adaptive structural support across varying pressure zones while maintaining long-term mattress shape and resilience.

Question 4

What sleeping positions are best suited for this medium Euro pillow top mattress?

Accepted Answer

A medium Euro pillow top profile offers balanced comfort for multi-position, back, and side sleepers. The top comfort layers—featuring TEMPUR-Indulge memory foam and sustainably-sourced latex—cradle pressure points around the shoulders and hips to relieve joint tension. Beneath the pillow top, responsive IntelliCoil innersprings and a MicroTouch coil layer provide push-back support to keep the spine neutrally aligned, preventing the excessive sinkage often experienced on softer beds.

Question 5

Is this mattress a good choice for couples sharing a bed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Motion transfer is minimized because individual movements are dampened by the TEMPUR-Indulge memory foam comfort layer and the independent coil system. Additionally, the mattress features high-density PrecisionEdge support around its entire perimeter. This reinforced border prevents roll-off, eliminates edge sagging when sitting, and maximizes the full 60-inch width of the queen sleep surface so both partners have ample room.

Question 6

What construction features help prevent this mattress from sagging over time?

Accepted Answer

Long-term durability is engineered through a dual-coil architecture and resilient comfort materials. The primary IntelliCoil system is bolstered by a MicroTouch support layer of durable micro-coils that reinforce the core and preserve the mattress's shape. Combined with dense sustainably-sourced latex, high-resilience foam, and a robust PrecisionEdge perimeter, the construction resists body impressions and maintains consistent lumbar support over years of regular use.
