Chair good the rest of service TERRIBLE
The chair is comforable and sturdy with a great look. However my problem is that my wife and I purchased the chairs and dining room table along with a server around Memorial Day. We were told there was a delay in the server with a deliver date of 07/08/2025. It is now 07/18/2025 and the deliver date is 07/30/2025. We were never given notice nor would we have if not going to Rooms To Go and question. Rooms To Go had no problem accepting payment for our purchases but very very bad Customer Service on their part in updating on our server. My wife bought a living room set at same time and is still waiting on an end table which now has a deliver date of 08/26/2025 which is 3 months after purchase. I still see living and dining room furniture like the one we bought being advertised. I only hope those who purchase are told they will be waiting 3 months to recieve their pieces. We have purchased several items from Rooms to Go in the past but will be having second thoughts about the future.
Though I've only had this set for a couple of weeks, I've gotten Manny complements on them and their very comfortable.
