At this moment, we’re not quite sure what to say. The bed itself is great. The mattress, however, is much firmer than anticipated. We thought we were purchasing a medium. There is no way this is mattress that we have is a medium, the thought process behind buying a medium with so that it wouldn’t wear out right away. It could handle heavier weight than a light. We have always owned, medium, never firm and never light. This is like no medium. I have ever felt. Quality is great. Everything works beautifully. It’s just too firm for us.
