It's only been less than 30 days but so far so good, we are sleeping better. But since the bed is so much thicker, we'll have to change the bed frame to a lower style.

When I initially visited the showroom, the mattress felt much softer and more comfortable than the one I received at delivery on 4/15. Since then, it has been extremely uncomfortable—honestly the worst sleep experience I’ve had. The difference between the showroom model and what I received is very noticeable. I’ve already returned to the showroom and called your team to request an exchange due to how dissatisfied I am. During that visit, I was reminded of the 30-day policy, which I understand. However, I was also very uncomfortable with a comment made by a service desk associate suggesting that drinking wine and taking pills would help me sleep. That response was inappropriate and not acceptable when addressing a customer concern.I’ve been a returning customer and previously purchased sofas from your company, which I was very happy with in terms of quality and service.
