When I initially visited the showroom, the mattress felt much softer and more comfortable than the one I received at delivery on 4/15. Since then, it has been extremely uncomfortable—honestly the worst sleep experience I’ve had. The difference between the showroom model and what I received is very noticeable.
I’ve already returned to the showroom and called your team to request an exchange due to how dissatisfied I am. During that visit, I was reminded of the 30-day policy, which I understand. However, I was also very uncomfortable with a comment made by a service desk associate suggesting that drinking wine and taking pills would help me sleep. That response was inappropriate and not acceptable when addressing a customer concern.I’ve been a returning customer and previously purchased sofas from your company, which I was very happy with in terms of quality and service.
