Me and my fiancé had a wonderful experience! Bernadette was our sales representative and she was so lovely. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We came in an hour before close and she still took her time with us and helped us understand all of our options. We loved her positive and fun attitude. Buying our new sofa set was a completely hassle-free experience and we will definitely come back in the future!

I thought Rooms to Go might be better than their competition Ashley Furniture. But after today I have to say all these big box stores are the same. We ordered a living room set online, because when we went to the store the sales person was busy hanging out with the other sales people than to be bothered actually helping us. Then when they did help us they didn't give us a quote with our sales tax or tell us it would be practically the same price to order a full 8 piece set then just order the 3 piece set. So we went online, we got to delivery day and we had a delivery window of 10am-2pm then it shifted to later and later by 3pm I am constantly watching for them. Next thing we know they called my husband who was at work and didn't hear the phone, and said they came to our house but no one was home. They never knocked on the door! We have several cameras and they never pulled into our drive way. I really believe they just didn't want to unload 8 pieces of Furniture at 4pm. They wanted to get back to the store which is about 1 hr away and the tracker said they still had another stop after ours. After calling customer service they said it would be another week before they would be in our area, i asked about adding another 2nd phone number to our order just in case this happened again and they said they couldn't the system wouldn't allow it. I'm beyond frustrated, we moved all our furniture out of the space for them to deliver. We are not waiting another week for them to play more games. Our living room set was over 9k we will never do business with them again and we cancelled our order!
