I visited to get a compact reasonably priced bedroom nightstand dresser but they had none. I was surprised as I typically find what I need. I was able to find a piece of wall art I was looking for but ended up shopping at four other stores to find the piece I wanted.

I purchased a dining table with 4 chairs on November 23rd because I recently moved and needed the table in time for Christmas. The delivery was scheduled for December 3rd, but it never happened. I was instructed to contact Rooms To Go to reschedule the delivery, and that’s when all the issues began. I spent about four days trying to reschedule, but I was repeatedly told that the order was blocked and that nothing could be done at that moment. After several attempts, the order was finally unblocked — but then I was informed that the next available delivery date would be January 23rd, because the item was out of stock. That’s when I received an even bigger surprise: when I asked what happened to the table that was originally supposed to be delivered to me, the chat representative told me it had been sold to another customer. So I purchased the item on November 23rd, ended up with no table, and now I’m being asked to wait until January 23rd — two months to receive something I already paid for. What frustrates me the most is that, due to the store’s own lack of organization and competence, I will now be without a dining table for Christmas, exactly when I needed it the most.

I'm very much impressed with the customer service and overall knowledge of our selling associate, Teresa Carr. We walked in to look at mattresses, Teresa's knowledge and presentation of the product we showed interest in resulted in a major on the spot purchase. Thank you Teresa!
