We purchased a "leather" recliner 2/22/25. In December we noticed some defect in the head area. We had purchased the 3 year warranty. We contacted Rooms to Go and explained the situation. We were told this was NOT covered under the warranty. As far as we are concerned this is a defect, leather should not crack like this. The rest of the whole chair is fine, just where the head goes is the issue. The best Rooms to Go would do was offer us to go buy another recliner, pay for delivery, pay to have the defective recliner retuned to them. This is not acceptable! We will not be buying anything from them again!
Ashley was professional and asked questions to make sure our needs were met. She was also very tolerant of my mildly cranky toddler. She's earned a lifetime customer
