Adrian was very helpful, enthusiastic, and also very quick to help us with the sale of bedroom furniture.

The sales person was good. But our expensive sofa was making banging noise after 3 to 4 attempts to repair it. It was established that it was a manufacturer defect we were told. Over The phone as well as the so called repairman . When we get to the store they tell us the report said different. It said that it was customer preference. Which was a total story(fib). They did give us credit for the furniture, but we have to pay for delivery and if we wanted insurance we would have to pay for that.Which we had read that the insurance should transferred to the new pieces of furniture. Another misleading fact. Because they was no claim to the insurance company. The repairman had stated that it was the seat deck foundation. We have no kids we are two adults up in age. They should have resolved in a more efficient manner. It was not.
