We recently visited the Rooms To Go Outlet on Philips Hwy, Jacksonville Fl in search of a couch on sale for 4th of July! We were welcomed in by Mr. Moussa and he gave us a quick run down of the ongoing sale in a friendly manner. We appreciated his non over-bearing nature and willingness to answer any questions. After we had found an as-is sofa we liked, we flagged him down. He instantly insisted on highlighting any dings and recommended future repairs to the couch if we had wanted the as-is price. He didn’t try hiding anything or push for an upsell. We appreciate all he did for us start to finish and wanted him to get the recognition he deserves!
