⭐ VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ROOMS TO GO! ⭐ I am extremely disappointed with Rooms To Go and their failure to honor what we were told about our furniture warranty. When we purchased our couch, we were specifically told that scratches would be covered under the warranty. That assurance played a part in our decision to make this purchase. Now that we have scratches on our couch and need the warranty coverage we were promised, Rooms To Go is telling us that scratches are NOT covered! How is this acceptable? Customers make purchasing decisions based on what they are told by sales representatives. If scratches were not covered, that should have been made clear to us BEFORE we purchased the furniture and warranty. It is extremely frustrating to be promised coverage at the time of purchase, only to be told something completely different when it is time to file a claim. A warranty is supposed to provide peace of mind, not leave customers feeling misled and taken advantage of. Rooms To Go needs to take responsibility for what its customers are told and stand behind its promises. We spent our hard-earned money believing we were protected, and now we are being denied the coverage we were promised. Based on this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with Rooms To Go and would urge anyone considering a purchase to get every warranty detail in writing before committing. Customer trust matters, and right now, Rooms To Go has lost mine. And I am choosing not to mention the name of the salesperson who sold me the warranty, because I believe they too have been lied to by management at Rooms To Go. Let's face it they make a lot of money off of warranties they're never going to honor.!!!!!! I would also like to add, on top of all this between another recliner, love seat dinning room set and patio furniture we have spent thousands!! Also a service man from the warranty department came to look at the couch, and said it wasn't a big problem. He said they will send you another arm, and when you receive it , call Rooms To Go and they will come out and install it. We'll guess what that was another lie because it was DENIED!!! BUYER PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING HERE!!!!!!!!

Sales associate Ms Toni was great. She allowed me to take my time with no pressure as she showed me numerous items as I made my choice.

I had an amazing experience in rooms to go in ocala. Gretchen was super amazing and helped us to get exactly what we were looking for. Thank you...
