We were redesigning our 2nd master bedroom/guest room and were looking for a replacement sofa (smaller than the current one) and a platform bed. We stopped by RTG Port Charlotte and were greeted by Dennis. He allowed us to look around the store alone and then showed us a few things we might like. We located a queen platform bed (on sale) right away that suited our needs. It took a bit longer but then we located, by accident, a smaller sofa with matching ottoman that would work perfectly in our room. We also purchased a small side table that matches the wood finish of the sofa. All the paperwork was completed on a tablet and Dennis set up a delivery date that worked for us. The furniture was delivered first thing this morning (03/04/26) at 8am sharp. The delivery team was very professional in removing the old furniture and setting up the new pieces. This is our 2nd purchase from RTG Port Charlotte and would recommend them without hesitation. If you go, ask for Dennis as he is very helpful with no pressure whatsoever.
