Great selection easy In-N-Out salesperson wasn't pushy showed me exactly what I wanted he did try to upsell the warranty but that's his job. He was not pushy. He did not try to sway me to buy other things. Simple, easy breezy.

I had been working with Jack and luckily he was on duty when I arrived. Very personable and helpful. He gave me many ideas and suggestions regarding how to arrange the furniture in my apartment. He patiently took me around the whole store so I could see their entire inventory. I was very happy with the service and selection.

We went to Rooms To Go for a living room set. We were met at the door by Spike Yeates. He showed us how the pricing worked and then let us wander the store casually on our own. He checked back with us after we had taken a look around the store. We had some questions which he pleasantly answered. He showed us how the audio system worked with the unit we were interested in. We needed to go back home to measure our living room area. Before we left, he gave us his contact information. We measured our living room area and figured out that it would accommodate the living room set we were interested in. We then called Spike and he was able to handle the whole transaction over the phone. We were able to e-sign and do everything through email while talking to him. We really appreciated this so that we didn't have to make another trip to the store. Spike already knew exactly what we wanted. Spike's service was exceptional and I would highly recommend asking for him when you go to Rooms To Go.
