My husband and I were shopping with our interior decorator, so as you can imagine, we had a lot of questions and spent quite a bit of time discussing different furniture, measurements, styles, fabrics, and design details. Tom never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He gave us the space and time we needed while always being available when we had a question. What especially impressed us was how well Tom communicated with our decorator. He understood the design terminology and was able to answer her questions thoughtfully and professionally. If there was something he wasn’t completely certain about, he didn’t guess — he immediately found a manager or the appropriate person to make sure we received the correct information. Most importantly, Tom is simply a wonderful person. He has such a kind heart and a warm, genuine spirit that made the entire experience enjoyable. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales approach — just patience, knowledge, professionalism, and a sincere desire to help us make the right choices for our home. Rooms To Go is very fortunate to have someone like Tom representing them. We would absolutely seek him out again for any future furniture purchases and would highly recommend asking for Tom at the Sarasota location. He truly went above and beyond for us!
